Availability report

We offer a convenient way to keep you updated about our stock numbers. You can select from a number of options to receive automated stock numbers and availability information on a daily basis (Monday to Friday on working days):

Via E-Mail

File format: .csv (suitable for Excel) or .pdf

Via FTP-Upload

If you provide us with the necessary access data (web server address, user name, password), we can upload the file to your web server.

As part of EDI processes

Once we have set up EDI processes between our web servers, we do not only receive orders in an automated, standardised way, but we will also provide order confirmations, invoice and backorder information as well as current availability numbers in an automed way, streamlining order processing and avoiding errors. We can provide a technical documentation on request.
